Menswear Fashion Design Intern, Bengaluru: 3-month paid internship at a startup label under Black Linus Clothing Company Private Limited. Strong performers may be offered a job after the internship.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

We're a startup label building a menswear identity from the ground up, and we're looking for an intern with a genuine eye for men's style. You'll work directly under our Creative Director, see your ideas move from sketch to sample, and learn how a young fashion label is built. At a startup, your work gets seen and used.

Black Linus Clothing Company Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based fashion company and home to Ewig Chic, Blouse Bazaar and Gaja Seere, alongside our new menswear label.

DURATION

3 months, full-time, in office in Bengaluru

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop menswear design ideas: sketches, mood boards, colour and fabric references and tech packs, working to the Creative Director's direction

- Research menswear trends, silhouettes, fabrics and competitor labels, and turn them into design suggestions

- Support sampling and production: coordinating with pattern makers, tailors and vendors, and checking fit and finish

- Help style looks for lookbooks and brand shoots, and assist on set

- Contribute ideas for ad campaigns and brand content (a plus, not a requirement)

- Complete all assigned design tasks and revisions promptly and to a high standard

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Students or recent graduates in Fashion Design,



Apparel Design or related fields

- A strong, confident sense of style in menswear: you know what looks sharp, modern and well-made

- Skills in sketching and/or digital design (Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D or similar) and a basic understanding of garment construction

- Disciplined about deadlines, and able to take feedback and revise quickly

- A plus: styling skills, and ideas for ad campaigns and brand content

- Freshers welcome

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

WORKING HOURS

- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- Availability may be needed on holidays and for events, with compensatory off provided

HOW TO APPLY
