HR Recruiter and Operations Specialist - Internal Hiring

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR

Recruiter and Operations Specialist. This role combines the strategic responsibilities of a

recruiter with the operational efficiency of an HR operation, focusing exclusively on internal

hiring.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

● Partner with hiring managers to understand and define staffing needs.

● Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified internal candidates.

● Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

● Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating

assessments, and extending offers.

● Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate

experience.

● Leverage internal mobility tools and platforms to facilitate talent movement within the

organization.

● Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for

improvement.

Operations

● Manage the internal job posting and application process.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.

● Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including scheduling,

documentation, and reporting.

● Collaborate with HR teams on process improvement initiatives.

● Stay informed of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

● Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:





● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, operations, preferably within a corporate environment.

● Strong understanding of internal mobility and talent management strategies.

● Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Robust organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

● Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with internal recruitment tools and platforms.

● Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
