About EXR Games

EXR Games Academy is South India's dedicated gaming academy, focused on building the next generation of professionals in Game Development, Animation, VFX, and Extended Reality (AR/VR).

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and growth-oriented Content Creator & Presenter Intern who is passionate about storytelling, digital media, and the gaming industry.

This is not just a content creation opportunity. The selected candidate will get exposure to the Founder's Office, work closely with the leadership team, understand business growth strategies, and actively contribute to building EXR's brand and marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Presentation

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content.
- Develop creative scripts, hooks, and storytelling concepts.
- Host interviews, student testimonials, podcasts, and industry-related discussions.
- Create educational and entertaining content around Game Development, Animation, VFX, and the gaming industry.
- Research trending content formats and convert them into engaging marketing campaigns.

2. Marketing & Growth Execution

- Work closely with the marketing team to execute growth-oriented content strategies.
- Develop content ideas that generate awareness, engagement, and quality leads.




- Understand audience psychology and create content that influences prospective students.
- Participate in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Track content performance, audience engagement, and lead-generation outcomes.
- Experiment with new content formats and marketing approaches.

3. Founder's Office Exposure

- Work directly with the Founder's Office on strategic initiatives and growth projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, business discussions, and marketing strategy meetings.
- Understand how a growing company builds its brand, acquires customers, and scales operations.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them from ideation to execution.
- Assist in developing and executing innovative growth initiatives.

- Genuine interest in Game Development, Gaming, Animation, and VFX.
- Creative thinking with an ability to identify content opportunities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube,



and digital content trends.

Freshers and students with strong creative portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Scriptwriting and storytelling.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Basic graphic design knowledge.
- Experience creating personal content or managing social media pages is an advantage.
