Job Description
Our client, a growing fashion and retail brand, is looking for a proactive Accounts Executive to independently handle end-to-end accounting and finance operations for multiple entities/accounts. The role covers day-to-day accounting, finalization, GST, TDS, reconciliation, MIS reporting and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookkeeping in Tally/Zoho/ERP, including purchase, sales, journal and payment entries
- Maintain books for multiple companies/accounts separately
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and vendor/customer reconciliation
- Process vendor bills and employee reimbursements, and track advances
- Follow up on collections, prepare ageing reports, and support payment planning
- Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, E-way bills, and input reconciliation with GSTR-2B
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and return filing (24Q, 26Q)
- Manage PF, ESI and PT payments (if applicable) and coordinate with the CA




- Prepare monthly closing, P&L; and Balance Sheet
- Assist in finalization of accounts and statutory audit
- Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow, fund flow and profitability reports
- Prepare Budget vs Actual and expense analysis
- Coordinate with the operations team on stock/inventory accounting
- Handle payroll inputs and salary processing coordination
- Maintain documentation, filings and financial records
- Support financial planning and cost control initiatives

Requirements

- B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance (Inter CA preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Must have handled multiple accounts/companies end-to-end independently
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 and other accounting software
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
