We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest satisfaction, maintain service standards, supervise team members, and support the smooth operation of the restaurant or hotel F&B; department.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor F&B; service staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure proper restaurant setup, table arrangements, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for effective operations.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control, stock management, and requisitions.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support management in achieving departmental sales and operational targets.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or restaurant operations.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
