One Diagnostics is looking for a responsible and experienced Logistics Executive to manage daily sample transportation, field operations, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sample pickup and delivery operations.
- Coordinate with logistics boys, collection centres, hospitals, and laboratories.
- Ensure timely transportation of patient samples within the prescribed TAT.
- Monitor field staff attendance, duty schedules, and daily performance.
- Plan and manage daily pickup routes and schedules.
- Handle urgent sample pickup and delivery requirements.
- Maintain daily logistics reports and operational records.
- Coordinate with laboratory, accession, and customer care teams.
- Resolve sample pickup delays and operational issues.
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and transportation of medical samples.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 0-1 years of experience in logistics or operations management.
- Healthcare or diagnostic logistics experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Kolkata and surrounding areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle operational pressure and emergency situations.
