About Us
EIS Technology Solutions LLC is an Abu Dhabi-based AV/ELV and technology systems integrator serving ADNOC group companies, government entities, education and corporate clients across the UAE. Our Trivandrum office supports UAE operations with project, bid and engineering functions.

About the Role
You will run the front end of our bid pipeline: finding UAE tenders, sourcing vendor quotes and preparing compliant technical and commercial submissions on client portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor UAE tender portals daily (ADNOC Ariba, Abu Dhabi Government e-procurement, ADEK, DMT, DCT and others) and log opportunities in the bid tracker
- Review RFQ/RFT documents and extract scope, BOQ, deadlines, evaluation criteria and mandatory forms
- Send enquiries to vendors and distributors; follow up, compare and tabulate quotations (price, lead time, compliance)
- Build Excel BOQs and cost sheets; prepare commercial offers on EIS templates
- Prepare compliance/deviation sheets, technical datasheet packs and prequalification documents
- Upload submissions on portals before deadlines; track clarifications, extensions and results
- Follow up on submitted quotes with clients and hand over POs to the project team




- Maintain vendor registrations and renewals with UAE government and semi-government entities
- Keep CRM and pipeline reports updated for weekly management review

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / IT) or BBA/MBA with technical aptitude
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, tendering or estimation, preferably with a GCC systems integrator or trading company
- Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pricing sheets) and good Word/PDF skills
- Attention to detail with tender instructions, formats and deadlines
- Clear written English for vendor and client correspondence

Preferred

- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or UAE government e-procurement portals
- Familiarity with AV, CCTV, access control, IT hardware or networking products
- Arabic reading skills

Working Conditions

- On-site at our Thiruvananthapuram office
- Working hours aligned to UAE time (GST, UTC+4), Monday to Friday; flexibility needed near bid deadlines
- Occasional UAE travel may be required
- Laptop, EIS email, Microsoft Teams and required software licences provided

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 30 days preferred
