Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview
Support the recruitment process by identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial
screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The role
requires effective communication in Hindi to engage with candidates across hiring locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment
channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability for open
positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate job requirements and recruitment updates clearly to candidates.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding selection, required documents,



and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.
- Support recruitment drives and other hiring activities as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a qualification in Human Resources is an added
advantage.
- Hindi-speaking proficiency is mandatory.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply prior recruitment experience is an added
advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
