About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative and result-oriented MBA Marketing graduate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills and an interest in the real estate industry. The candidate will be involved in supporting marketing strategies, brand development, project promotions and lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities and brand-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital marketing partners, vendors and internal teams.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and online promotions.
- Assist in preparing project brochures, marketing presentations, sales collaterals and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer trend studies.
- Support lead generation initiatives and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate project launches, property exhibitions,
events and other promotional activities.
- Monitor marketing expenditure and maintain campaign reports and performance trackers.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all marketing platforms.
Experience
- Fresh MBA graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
- Prior internship or exposure to marketing, branding, digital marketing or real estate will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative thinking with strong execution and coordination abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate: A well-rounded MBA Marketing graduate from a reputed institution, with a strong interest in real estate, brand development and strategic marketing initiatives.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
