Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of concrete batching plants. This pivotal role ensures operational efficiency and reliability of batching systems while providing expert technical support to clients. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between mechanical and electrical systems, utilizing advanced automation knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless plant performance in line with industry standards.
Responsibilities

- Execute the installation and commissioning of batching plants, ensuring all systems meet safety and performance specifications.

- Perform routine servicing and maintenance on mechanical and electrical components to minimize downtime.

- Diagnose and resolve technical faults related to PLC-based automation, control panels, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems.

- Coordinate the management of spare parts and generate detailed service reports for client review.





- Provide direct technical support and customer handling to address inquiries and resolve operational challenges on-site.

- Calibrate and maintain load cells, sensors, and batching systems to ensure precise material dispensing.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Possess 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the IT Services or industrial automation sector.

- Demonstrate proficiency in PLC-based automation and control panel operations.

- Have practical knowledge of load cells, sensors, and batching system mechanics.

- Be skilled in troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems as well as general electrical and mechanical failures.

- Exhibit solid capabilities in service reporting, spare parts logistics, and client communication.

- Show a proven track record in the installation and commissioning of concrete batching plants.
