Role: SAP DRC Support Consultant:

Key Responsibilities

SAP DRC Application Support: Provide ongoing functional support for SAP DRC, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with electronic documents and statutory reports.

Mexico E-Invoicing (CFDI): Support with errors in the Mexico outbound e-invoicing process, including electronic document creation, XML generation, validation, submission, status monitoring, and handling rejected or failed invoices.

Mexico Electronic Accounting: Support with errors in the generation and submission processes for Mexico electronic accounting reports, including troubleshooting data extraction, mapping, validation, and reporting errors.

SAP DRC Configuration and Maintenance: Help maintain and troubleshoot SAP DRC configuration, including eDocument types, process settings, value mappings, tax-related mappings, and other country-specific settings.

Integration Support: Investigate issues between SAP DRC, SAP CPI connection, and external e-invoicing service provider (PAC), coordinating with technical teams where required.

Issue Resolution and Enhancements: Analyze production incidents,



identify root causes, coordinate with ABAP developers and other SAP functional teams, and support configuration changes, enhancements, and regression testing.

Business Support: Assist Finance and Tax users with questions in day-to-day processing, error resolution, corrections, resubmissions, and reconciliation of electronic documents and reports.

Ongoing Compliance Maintenance: Support SAP Notes, regulatory updates, testing, documentation ensuring the solution remains operational and compliant.

Required Skills:

5 7 years of SAP DRC experience, hands-on experience with SAP DRC / SAP eDocument Framework, preferably including production support or application maintenance.

Practical experience with Mexico CFDI e-invoicing, including XML processing, SAT requirements, and integration with PAC providers.

Experience with Mexico electronic accounting reporting (e.g., chart of accounts, trial balance, and journal-entry reporting) would be strongly preferred.

Valuable understanding of SAP FI and SD processes, particularly how accounting documents, billing documents, tax codes, and master data feed into DRC.

Experience using the eDocument Cockpit (EDOC_COCKPIT) and relevant SAP DRC configuration and monitoring tools.

Ability to investigate XML validation errors, mapping issues, missing data, failed submissions, and integration-related errors.

Experience working with ABAP developers, SAP Basis, integration teams, and external service providers to resolve incidents.

Ability to work independently with business users and technical teams to investigate and resolve production issues.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience supporting SAP DRC for Mexico, covering both e-invoicing and electronic accounting.

However, a resource with strong SAP DRC and Mexico CFDI experience, combined with a solid SAP FI background, could also be suitable
