- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make cold calls to prospective clients or manage incoming customer inquiries and support requests.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Pitch company products or services, handle objections, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Database & CRM Management: Update customer details, log call outcomes, and maintain accurate records in software like Excel or a CRM tool.
- Customer Support: Answer product questions, register complaints, process orders, and follow up on pending issues.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
