We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PPC Executive to manage production planning, scheduling and control activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing production plans, monitoring daily production activities, coordinating with different departments, ensuring material availability and achieving timely delivery targets.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, inventory management and coordination with the shop-floor team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Quality departments for smooth operations.
- Check raw material availability and coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory.
- Follow up on production orders to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain daily production planning and monitoring reports.
- Analyze production capacity, manpower and machine availability.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure on-time customer deliveries.




- Identify production delays and take necessary corrective actions in coordination with concerned departments.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize production wastage.
- Maintain production records, schedules and ERP entries.
- Track customer orders and ensure production commitments are achieved.
- Prepare MIS reports related to production, inventory and pending orders.

Required Technical Skills

- Knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning).
- Knowledge of inventory and material management.
- Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally or other planning software.
- Positive command of MS Excel, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Knowledge of production scheduling and capacity planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in PPC or production planning.
- Experience in automobile or automotive component manufacturing will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of production planning, material follow-up and inventory control.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet delivery deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
