Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor-related compliances.
- Prepare and upload PF & ESIC challans within deadlines.
- Maintain payroll records and employee attendance data.
- Generate MIS reports and payroll reports using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with finance and auditors for payroll and compliance-related documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Manage PF and ESIC registrations, employee additions, deletions, and KYC updates.
- Prepare and process monthly PF and ESIC challans and ensure timely payments.
- Handle monthly and annual statutory returns and documentation.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.




- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and auditors for compliance-related matters.
- Handle employee joining, exit formalities, and full & final settlement documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, salary, and wage-related records.
- Assist in statutory audits and inspections.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
- Knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in PF & ESIC portal operations.
- Knowledge of monthly challan preparation and filing.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of payroll processing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR), or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Statutory Compliance.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
