Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Quality Engineer to join our consultancy team. Unlike a traditional back-office quality role, you will be on the front lines—visiting client sites, drafting critical documentation, and acting as a technical brand ambassador. You will bridge the gap between complex quality standards and practical business solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Site Visits: Travel to client locations to assess processes, gather data, and assist in the end-to-end preparation of quality documentation (SOPs, Manuals, and Compliance reports).

Content Development: Design and develop high-impact training materials and presentations in PowerPoint to educate client teams on quality standards.

Relationship Management: Act as a reliable point of contact for clients,



ensuring their technical queries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 0–2 years in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related consultancy role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality tools (ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean, or Root Cause Analysis) and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills. You should be comfortable "selling" an idea or a process to a room of stakeholders.

Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to various client sites as required.
