Job Overview
Shine Infosolutions is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, promoting company services, and building strong client relationships.
This role involves both telephonic communication (calling) and fieldwork, depending on business requirements, client meetings, and assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Explain company services, products, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through online research and market visits.
- Visit clients, businesses, and potential customers for meetings and business discussions.
- Conduct field marketing and client acquisition activities whenever required.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of business activities.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and client interactions.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic.
Important Note
This is not a desk-only or calling-only job. The role includes both office-based calling and fieldwork. Work responsibilities may vary depending on business requirements, client meetings, and assigned projects. Candidates must be comfortable with both activities.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, or business development will be preferred.
