Job Description

Kevin Publication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle daily office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day back office and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
- Manage emails, customer inquiries, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with clients and internal team members.
- Assist with data entry, Excel sheets, reports, and documentation.
- Support billing, payment follow-ups, and other office-related tasks.
- Assist with social media coordination and digital marketing activities when required.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily office operations.

Requirements





- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
