We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused telle calling to manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, handle customer queries, and ensure timely follow-up with dealers, wholesalers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, retailers, and potential customers.
- Generate new business leads and follow up with existing customers.
- Explain company products, including plywood, laminates, and other related products.
- Share product details, price lists, and offers with customers through WhatsApp.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate orders and achieve sales targets.




- Build good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or a related role.
- Experience in Plywood / Veneer / Wood Panel / Building Material Industry will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
