- Strong technology knowledge and interest. Preferable the candidate should have worked in a Product Engineering Services company
- Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing
- Should be an aggressive go-getter with high energy levels and must have an inherent hunger for sales.
- Strongly preferred: anyone who has some prior experience selling engineering services in the core areas that Company focusses on would be preferred : Infrastructure, storage, virtualization, networking, telecom, IoT, Cloud, Security, AI/ML/Analytics, digital product engineering etc.
- Should have adequate exposure to India based product engineering environment and processes so that the candidate can work closely and collaboratively with the engineering and sales teams in India.
- Must have the ability to create, develop and sustain relationships at the CTO/VP
Engineering levels at prospective client companies
- Prior experience in selling of outsourced product development services is desirable.
- Ability to excel in a quick-paced environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and team handling capabilities.
