you'll work to resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms.

Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one You'll report to Team Lead.

You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Willingness to work in a rotational shift setting, including 24/7 operations.

Willingness to work from the office.

Preferably graduates; however, candidates with a minimum qualification of Class 12th and 1 year of relevant experience may also be considered.

Candidates must not be currently pursuing any course or education.

Candidates must fall within the approved salary budget.

Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
