- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
- Manage site labour, technicians, subcontractors and equipment.
- Monitor daily progress of guniting, shotcreting, soil stabilization, rock anchoring, SDA anchoring, waterproofing and civil works.
- Ensure proper material utilization and maintain material stock records.
- Monitor cement, sand, aggregate, steel, admixture and grout consumption.
- Ensure work is carried out as per applicable IS codes and approved method statements.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers for work planning and execution.
- Check quality of workmanship and ensure safety precautions at the site.
- Maintain daily attendance of workers and labour.
- Coordinate material requirements with the purchase department.
- Monitor machinery, diesel consumption and equipment maintenance.
- Report site issues, delays and additional work requirements to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
