Minerva Group of Institutions is inviting applications from passionate and skilled candidates for the position of Fashion Faculty – Garment Construction. The ideal candidate should have strong practical and theoretical knowledge of garment construction, stitching, pattern making, draping and finishing techniques, along with the ability to train and mentor students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Teach theoretical and practical aspects of garment construction.

· Conduct hands-on training in stitching, pattern making, cutting, draping and garment finishing.

· Demonstrate techniques for garment assembly, fitting and alteration.

· Guide students in fabric selection, measurement taking and pattern development.

· Supervise practical assignments, projects and portfolio development.

· Maintain garment construction labs, equipment and practical records.

· Stay updated with modern garment construction techniques and fashion industry practices.

· Participate in academic and departmental activities.

Qualifications & Experience:





· Master’s /Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology or a relevant discipline.

· Strong practical expertise in garment construction and stitching techniques.

· Knowledge of pattern making, draping, cutting, fitting and garment finishing.

· 1–3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience preferred.

· Positive communication, presentation and mentoring skills.

· Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and guide students in hands-on learning.
