Key Responsibilities

- Guard Force Management:
- Lead, train, and supervise in-house or contracted security guards.
- Prepare daily duty rosters, shift schedules, and post deployment plans to guarantee 24/7 un-gapped coverage.
- Monitor guard attendance, turn-out, discipline, alertness, and performance. [1, 2, 3]
- Access & Gate Control:
- Oversee entry and exit of employees, daily wage workers, contractors, and visitors.
- Control inward and outward movement of raw materials, scrap, and finished products strictly against authorized gate passes.
- Manage vehicle inspections, parking, and truck movement in and out of the factory docks. [1]
- Surveillance & Plant Rounds:
- Conduct regular and surprise security patrols across the manufacturing floor, yard, perimeter walls, and warehouses.
- Monitor CCTV control rooms, perimeter intrusion systems, and alarm systems. [1, 2]
- Safety & Emergency Response:
- Ensure operational readiness of fire hydrants, extinguishers, and emergency evacuation routes.
- Act as the first-responder lead during fire outbreaks, industrial accidents, theft attempts, strikes, or medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and hospital services when required. [1, 2]
- Documentation & Reporting:




- Maintain visitor registers, material gate-pass records, vehicle logs, and key/asset registers.
- Draft formal incident and investigation reports for management.
- Conduct daily guard briefings and safety-awareness talks. [1, 2]

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

- Military Background:
- Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, or Central Armed Police Forces (CRPF, BSF, CISF, etc.) with a clean service record. [1]
- Education:
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduation in any discipline preferred. [1]
- Experience:
- 3 to 8 years of total experience, including at least 1–3 years in industrial/plant security supervision. [1, 2]
- Certifications / Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems and basic fire-safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office / email for report writing and daily logs).
- Physically fit, medically category-A/shape-1 equivalent, with high alertness and no physical limitations for round-the-clock plant rounds. [1]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
