The ideal candidates should have an interest in the stock market, good communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and develop business opportunities. Candidates with experience in stock market sales, financial services, client acquisition, or business development will be preferred. Key Responsibilities - Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in stock market services and financial market education. - Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company's products and services. - Follow up with leads and convert potential prospects into clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Arrange meetings and conduct presentations for potential clients. - Understand client requirements and communicate relevant services effectively. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. - Achieve assigned business development and client acquisition targets. - Keep up to date with stock market developments and basic financial market concepts. - Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction. - Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and client outreach programmes.



Required Skills - Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of the Indian stock market, shares, mutual funds, and financial products. - Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills. - Ability to generate leads and develop client relationships. - Confidence in handling calls, meetings, and client queries. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Educational Qualifications - Any graduate from a recognised university. - Candidates with qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields will be preferred. Experience - Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in the stock market may apply. - Candidates with experience in stock market sales, financial services, telecalling, or business development will have an advantage.
