Key Responsibilities

- Review existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Configure and optimise Zoho CRM, Books and Inventory.
- Develop automated workflows for customer follow-ups, purchasing, inventory and accounts.
- Set up employee task management, reminders and approval processes.
- Create reports and easy management tracking systems.
- Reduce manual spreadsheet work through Zoho automation.
- Coordinate directly with employees to understand their requirements.
- Provide basic staff training and prepare process documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain existing Zoho workflows.
- Assist with Zoho Flow, Creator and other Zoho One applications when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
