- Handle driver queries related to trips, payments, incentives, and app issues.
- Assist drivers with operational concerns and complaint resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Communicate with drivers in Kannada, Hindi, and Marathi.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer support or driver support experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
