Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support healthcare analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and enhance data quality.
- Monitor data performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Implement data governance and security protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide support during weekends when necessary to ensure uninterrupted data services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex data-related problems.
