About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join Aarambh Services, a brand of Skygoal Innova Technologies Pvt. Ltd. While Skygoal operates as a technology and IT services company, Aarambh focuses on helping founders with business registrations and compliance services across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads for Aarambh services, especially for Private Limited incorporation and related compliance offerings
- Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services
- Share quotations, handle negotiations, and close deals
- Maintain proper follow-ups and update lead status in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in services)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle client conversations independently




- Basic understanding of business registration/compliance services is a plus
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Role Summary: This role is primarily focused on generating leads and converting them into paying customers for Aarambh’s service offerings, contributing directly to revenue growth.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
