We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and day-to-day human resource operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, strong organizational abilities, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance tracking, documentation, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support the HR team with daily operations and special projects.
- Ensure the confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.

Requirements





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
