Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition qualified with at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the banking or BPO industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate follow-ups until joining.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in the banking or BPO industry is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
