Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Senior Mechanical Technician to manage mechanical maintenance, installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities for our upcoming amusement park project in Lucknow. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in mechanical systems, machinery maintenance, and breakdown management. Freshers with relevant ITI or Diploma qualifications may also apply for suitable positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute mechanical maintenance, installation, and repair activities.
- Handle mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and attend to emergency breakdowns.
- Monitor and maintain mechanical systems associated with amusement rides, cable cars, conveyors, and other park facilities.
- Perform equipment alignment, lubrication, fitting, welding, and component replacement.
- Ensure the smooth and safe functioning of all mechanical equipment.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors,



vendors, and internal departments for maintenance and installation works.
- Maintain equipment inspection reports, maintenance records, and service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Guide and supervise junior technicians and maintenance helpers.

Educational Qualification

- ITI in Fitter / Mechanical / Diesel Mechanic or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.

Required Experience & Skills

- 10–15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand equipment specifications.
- Experience in amusement parks, hotels, resorts, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance will be preferred.
- Good technical, problem-solving, and team supervision skills.
- Strong understanding of mechanical safety procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
