We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in C# .NET, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud services to join our growing engineering team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, optimize application performance, and mentor junior developers. Experience with modern web technologies, database optimization, and AI-assisted development tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and services using C# and .NET.
- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications using microservices architecture and established software design patterns.
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications using AWS services.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and cloud infrastructure.
- Work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL for database design, data modelling, complex queries, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software engineering best practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and code quality.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain technical documentation covering system architecture, development processes, and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development,



particularly building web applications and services.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture, including deploying and operating cloud-based applications.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including complex SQL queries, database design, data modelling, and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Good understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering and product teams.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and taking ownership of technical initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade cloud applications.
- Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and cloud-native development practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline are an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
