Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 7 PM)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong communication, lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion skills. Candidates with experience in IT Services, Software Development, Website Development, or Digital Marketing Agencies will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Ability to pitch IT, software, website development, and digital marketing services.
- Strong skills in client handling, negotiation, follow-ups, and deal closing.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM tools, and client databases.
- Ability to independently generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Solid presentation, interpersonal,



and relationship-building skills.

Important Requirements

- Only candidates with relevant B2B Sales / Business Development experience should apply.
- No Freshers or candidates with only B2C / Real Estate Sales experience.
- Excellent English communication and client-handling skills are mandatory.
- MBA / Master's Degree preferred.
- Work From Office – Sector 50, Gurugram.
- Face-to-face interview is mandatory.
