HIRING: SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER / SENIOR QC

Industry: Electroplating & Watch Assembly
Job Location: Ecotech 3, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor IQC, PQC and FQC activities.
- Ensure quality standards in electroplating processes and watch assembly.
- Inspect plating thickness, surface finish, colour consistency, adhesion and corrosion resistance.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints, internal audits and quality documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto and 8D techniques.
- Maintain quality records, reports and process improvement plans.
- Lead the quality team and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of electroplating and watch assembly processes.
- Experience in IQC, PQC and FQC.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
- Expertise in RCA, CAPA,



8D and quality tools.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
