Position: Store Manager
Experience: 2–4 Years (Retail Store Management preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor store performance.
- Handle inventory management, stock audits and replenishment.
- Lead, train and supervise store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor billing, POS operations and daily sales reports.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store hygiene and product displays.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.





Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in retail store management.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager preferred.
- Experience in retail brands, especially FirstCry, Babyhug or kids' retail, will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sales, inventory and team management.
- Positive communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
