Sri Singhvi Health Centre, Chennai is looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced Pharmacy Manager to independently manage overall hospital pharmacy operations, medicine inventory, purchasing, billing and pharmacy staff.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
- Previous Hospital Pharmacy Manager / In-charge experience preferred.
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm qualification.
- Valid Pharmacy Council Registration.
- Strong knowledge of medicines, injections, antibiotics and emergency drugs.
- Practical knowledge of OT, ICU, IP and Emergency pharmacy operations.
- Good knowledge of pharmacy billing and inventory management.
- Knowledge of drug regulations and pharmacy compliance.
- Experience in stock auditing, purchasing and vendor management.
- Ability to independently manage complete pharmacy operations.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall hospital pharmacy operations independently.
- Supervise pharmacy staff and daily activities.
- Monitor medicine stock,
expiry dates and stock availability.
- Handle medicine purchasing and vendor coordination.
- Ensure availability of emergency and critical care medicines.
- Monitor pharmacy billing, purchase entries and stock records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure proper medicine storage and temperature monitoring.
- Maintain controlled and scheduled drug records as per applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, OT, ICU and other departments.
- Monitor pharmacy sales, purchases and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Prepare daily and monthly pharmacy reports.
- Ensure smooth functioning of pharmacy operations.
