- Co-ordinates with HO team and plan daily dispatches and book vehicles or couriers.
- Cost optimisation while deploying the vehicle
- Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, LR, e-way bill).
- Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on status or delays.
- Collect PODs and close shipments in the system.
- Keep daily dispatch and delivery reports up to date.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of transport documents and e-way bills.
- Valuable Excel and communication skills
- Organised, follows up well, works to deadlines.
