Technical Support Specialist
Work Location: Bengaluru
Shift: US EST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Experience in L1/L2 Technical Support or Application Support.
Robust troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and macOS.
Experience supporting accounting or financial software applications.
Excellent English communication skills.
Prior voice-based technical support experience is mandatory.
Candidates with an accounting or financial domain background will be preferred.
