Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with 10 12 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, support, rollouts, and transformation programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise across Oracle SCM modules and have proven experience in end-to-end supply chain process optimization, solution design, implementation, testing, and stakeholder management.

The consultant will work closely with business users, operations teams, procurement teams, and technical teams to deliver effective Oracle SCM solutions that improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and process owners.
- Analyze current supply chain processes and recommend Oracle EBS SCM best practices.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare solution design documents.
- Lead module configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams for development and integration requirements.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide production support and resolve complex functional issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics.

- Experience in Oracle EBS upgrades, rollouts, and support engagements.
- Expertise in business process mapping, solution design, and gap analysis.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and process optimization initiatives.
- Exposure to global supply chain and multi-org environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Oracle EBS certifications will be an added advantage.
