Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Property Manager Consultant with 10 12 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS implementations, support, upgrades, and enhancements. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Property Manager (PN) and have hands-on experience managing commercial, corporate, and real estate lease administration processes integrated with Oracle Financials.

The consultant will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and ongoing support of Oracle Property Manager solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business requirement gathering and solution workshops with stakeholders.
- Analyze lease and property management business processes and map them to Oracle EBS Property Manager functionality.
- Configure and implement Oracle Property Manager module based on business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end lease administration activities including:
- Property Setup
- Building and Location Management
- Lease Creation and Amendments
- Rent Schedule Management
- Billing and Payment Processing
- Expense Recoveries
- Escalations and Index-Based Rent Adjustments
- Lease Renewals and Terminations

- Configure payment terms, invoicing, recoveries, and rent calculations.
- Work closely with Finance teams to ensure seamless integration with Oracle Financials.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), BRDs, Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts.
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and customizations.
- Perform SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare support activities.
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare training documentation.




- Act as a subject matter expert for Property Management business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Expertise

- Robust hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Property Manager (PN).
- Experience in at least 2 3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of:
- Real Estate and Property Management Processes
- Lease Administration
- Revenue and Expense Management
- Rent Calculations and Billing
- Cost Recovery and Chargebacks
- Property Accounting
- Lease Renewals and Amendments

- Experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis and Solution Design Workshops.

Oracle EBS Modules Knowledge

Good understanding and integration experience with:

- Oracle Accounts Payables (AP)
- Oracle Accounts Receivables (AR)
- Oracle General Ledger (GL)
- Oracle Fixed Assets (FA)
- Oracle Cash Management (CM)
- Oracle Purchasing (PO)
- Oracle Projects (PA)

Documentation & Implementation Skills

- Business Requirement Gathering

- Functional Design Documentation (FDD)
- Configuration Documentation
- Test Planning and Execution
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- User Training and Knowledge Transfer

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

- Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflow.
- Understanding of Interfaces, Conversions, Reports, Extensions, and Personalizations (RICE Components).
- Experience working with Oracle EBS integration frameworks and custom developments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
- Oracle EBS certifications will be an added advantage.
