Job Title: Sewing Trainee
Department: Production
Location: Garment Manufacturing Unit
Experience: Fresher / No Experience Required
Qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th Pass

Job Summary

To learn and perform basic sewing operations in garment production under the guidance of experienced sewing operators and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learn basic sewing machine operations.

2. Assist sewing operators in garment stitching activities.

3. Follow instructions given by the supervisor.

4. Maintain quality standards during production.

5. Handle fabric and garment materials carefully.

6. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the workplace.

7. Follow safety rules and company procedures.

8. Achieve daily production targets after training.

Report machine or production issues to the supervisor.
