Objective

Perform space management program, assuring process and data governance with accuracy compliance.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Fully dedicated on-account resource supporting Space Data Management Team (SDM) services:

- CAFM Operations - Management and maintenance of Client’s CAFM technology (Archibus)
- Support location coordinator’s / teams to maintain accurate employee data & floor plan information in CAFM.
- Dedicated CAD support for ongoing CAFM maintenance.
- Data archiving.
- MIS for Executive review
- Perform headcount/space allocation analyses and provide detailed reports of this for review - Space data (allocations and space types) maintenance
- Assist with office space planning support as needed
- Supports the Move coordination team with data integrity
- Accommodates ad-hoc requests for queries from the database.
- Reports issues and concerns related to the overall use, functionality and performance of technology to the team lead
