You'll be a good fit if you have

- Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, dashboards, and A/B testing.
- A track record of shipping products end to end and improving measurable outcomes.
- 3-8 years of Technical depth to have credible conversations with engineers about trade-offs.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to create clear, actionable specifications.
- Strong prioritisation skills, sound judgment, and the ability to explain trade-offs.
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity, fast-moving work, and shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and engineering effort.
- Talk with users through interviews, sales calls, and support feedback to identify valuable problems to solve.




- Write explicit PRDs and user stories, and collaborate with design on user flows and prototypes.
- Partner with engineering to scope, prioritise, and ship in fast iterations.
- Define success metrics for launches, track results, and run experiments to improve performance.
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning, launches, and adoption.
- Keep stakeholders aligned on what is shipping, why it matters, and what the team learns.
- For senior candidates, shape product strategy with founders and mentor junior product managers.
