The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in electrical engineering design, project execution, and discipline leadership within EPC or detailed engineering environments.** **Experience: 15+ Years** **Location: Noida, India** **Brief Description** **The Principal Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading electrical engineering activities across proposals and projects, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions. The role involves technical leadership, project execution, engineering governance, vendor management, and mentoring of engineering teams.** **The major responsibilities include:** **Leading and managing electrical engineering deliverables for proposals and projects.** **Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, discipline manuals, project specifications, and contractual requirements.** **Reviewing and approving engineering documents, calculations, electrical system studies,



and vendor deliverables.** **Managing technical procurement activities for major electrical equipment.** **Coordinating with Project Management Teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to achieve project objectives.** **Monitoring engineering KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and resource utilization.** **Supporting engineering process improvements, workflow optimization, and implementation of best practices.** **Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and training to Engineers and Designers.** **Ensuring timely completion of engineering deliverables within approved schedules and budgets.** **Supporting site activities through technical assistance, inspections, and resolution of site queries.** **Qualifications** **You must be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of the following:** **Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC or detailed engineering companies executing projects in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Energy, Air Separation, or related industries.** **Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech.)** **Strong experience in electrical design engineering, power system studies, and project execution.** **Hands-on experience with ETAP, System Study tools,
