Job Description: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Business Analyst specializing in Guidewire digital portals to join our dynamic team.

Requirements :

Minimum (X) years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance industry

Proven implementation experience in COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) products such as Guidewire, Duckcreek etc.

Proficiency in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Guidewire Digital portal solutions

Strong understanding of insurance business processes and domain knowledge

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile setting

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Guidewire Digital portal implementations

Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for portal features and functionalities





Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders

Provide support for existing digital implementations, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements

Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to Guidewire digital portals and insurance domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

Guidewire Certification(s)

Hands-on with other Guidewire modules, such as Policy Center and Claim Center

Experience working in Insurance domain with primary focus on Digital

Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for Guidewire software
