Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / R2R Executive to manage Record to Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in General Ledger accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

- Post journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and adjustments.

- Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.

- Handle fixed asset accounting and depreciation.

- Process payroll, bank, prepaid, and expense-related entries.

- Prepare financial reports, audit schedules, and variance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.





- Support ad-hoc reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

- 3–7 years of experience in R2R, General Ledger Accounting, or Financial Reporting.

- Experience in journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
