Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on the Coupa platform. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving procurement transformation and optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in requirement elicitation, solution architecture, and user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. This position is critical for enhancing operational efficiency and delivering value through advanced procurement technologies.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate comprehensive requirement gathering sessions to define business objectives and functional specifications.
- Design robust, scalable solutions that align with organizational goals and leverage Coupa capabilities.
- Lead the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure quality standards.
- Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project deliverables.
- Drive end-to-end Procurement Transformation initiatives, focusing on process improvement and digital adoption.
- Utilize specialized knowledge of the Coupa ecosystem and Zip integration to enhance sourcing and payment workflows.
- Analyze current state processes and recommend strategic improvements to optimize the Source-to-Pay cycle.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience within the IT Services industry.
- Proven expertise in Requirement Gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Solid background in Solution Design for enterprise procurement and finance platforms.
- Demonstrated success in leading UAT Testing phases and ensuring defect-free deployments.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- In-depth proficiency with the Coupa software suite and its application in real-world scenarios.
- Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in managing Procurement Transformation projects from conception to implementation.
- Familiarity with Zip or similar digital payment and sourcing tools is highly desirable.
