We are seeking a seasoned skilled to lead our sales initiatives within the construction equipment sector. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for specialized machinery and concrete solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive industry knowledge to foster strategic partnerships, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver actionable market insights that guide business strategy.
Responsibilities

- Drive sales performance for Boom Pumps, Line Pumps, and RMC Batching Plants through direct engagement and strategic outreach.

- Develop and execute accurate sales forecasts while preparing comprehensive reporting for senior leadership.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

- Lead high-level negotiations to close technical sales deals and secure favorable contract terms.

- Spearhead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.





- Oversee and optimize dealer networks to ensure consistent performance and brand alignment.

- Manage the full sales lifecycle for heavy machinery and construction equipment, from initial prospecting to final delivery.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the construction or heavy machinery industry.

- Proven expertise in selling Boom Pumps, Line Pumps, and RMC Batching Plants.

- Strong capability in sales forecasting, data analysis, and generating detailed business reports.

- Demonstrated success in conducting market research and translating findings into strategic actions.

- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex technical sales agreements.

- Deep understanding of the construction equipment landscape and heavy machinery sales dynamics.

- Proven ability to drive business development and effectively manage dealer relationships.
