, Advance Domain and Process Trainings for niche/regular roles Conduct PKT’s on monthly basis in co-ordination with the Process Trainers Work on Training Reports - Weekly, Monthly, Semi Annual and Annual Timely batch reports to be sent to stakeholders Conduct Domain and Custom Examinations Conduct Domain Refresher Training Programs Create Training Plans, make existing training plans more robust and effective Work with the business on different organizational projects Initiative to improve the Training process Handling client visits and presentations Ensure accurate data reporting and updates Ensure record keeping of training related files/folders as per Policies/SOPs About you Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Bachelor degree with relevant experience will be considered) Licenses/Certificates: Certifications/Designations in the Insurance domain will be an added advantage Work Experience: 8-10 Years of Relevant work exp in L&D; and Insurance domain In-depth knowledge of products, processes, regulations,
