Job Description – Nextflow

Objectives and Purpose

We are seeking a talented and motivated Python/Nextflow/Computer Vision and Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable scientific data pipelines, computer vision solutions, and agentic AI workflows using Python, Nextflow, and AWS. The role combines production-quality software engineering, cloud workflow orchestration, AI-agent development, CI/CD automation, and computer vision. The successful candidate will partner with data scientists, bioinformaticians, imaging scientists, engineers, platform teams, and security stakeholders to deliver reliable, reproducible, secure, and well-documented solutions for large-scale data processing, analysis, and intelligent workflow automation.

Experience Level: 6-10 years
